There's been loads of new additions to the list so just wanted to remind/tell people how it works. Although it seems like there's only one, there is actually two lists. A chat list and an info list. The chat list is for everything, the info list is only for key mails from committee members. Everyone on the chat list is on the info list or should be, some people who don't want all the gossip etc are only on the info list. Only committee members can post to the info list.
The idea is simple, you can choose how much/what email you get.
If you only want key information about matches/results/events etc then should ask me to put you on the info list (only).
If you don't mind the other stuff and the occasional free advert from Matt Robinson then you should be on the chat list too. The vast majority are on the chat list too.
By Default I subscribe people to both lists.
To post to the list send a mail (from the address subscribed) to srfc@dublinrugby.com. This address appears at the bottom of every mail.
Committee members should send important emails (only) about matches/events to srfc-info@dublinrugby.com. If you send them to chat list then some people who want this information won't get it. However, not all your mail should go to info list, just the important ones.
To unsubscribe, change lists/emails etc email me at this address or info@dublinrugby.com
Finally, if a mail comes in to info list you need to reply not to that list but to chat list for obvious reasons (it wont get thru to info list)
